Main aims were reducing excel jobs for making analysis tables, visibilty to KAMs and mobility. System calculation began with upload “Customer’s sell through data” and “activated IMEIs data” together. System was matching both datas and giving anaylsis with so many different tables. We can check customer and channel based sell-through/sell-out trends, level of stocks, WOS (week of sales) and simulate with future demands. There was also mobile app to check through your mobile phone.
